How does it work?

We start by having a planning meeting with you. The aim of the meeting is to gather information with which to write a recruitment plan and draft job specification. Both recruitment plan and specification documents are ultimately for agreement. This is is typically accomplished in less than a week. Next, we begin the search phase, proactively searching for candidates and selling your opportunity, closing on the successful candidate. You’ll receive regular updates, including information on companies and people researched and general interest from the candidate market. As with our Contingency service, we take a measured approach, considering all applicants before sending you the best. You'll receive a detailed written candidate profile with each CV.

What results can I expect?

Conducting a very thorough search means we identify candidates that are often not on the `open` job market and get very close to, if not exactly matching, your ideal candidate.

How do I know I'll get a good return on my investment?

The most sought after candidates regularly find new positions before entering the open job market. The purpose of this service is to present you with these candidates. Personal client and candidate endorsements are available on request.

How long will the process take?

Duration depends on a number of factors. An estimation of search duration will be provided in the recruitment plan.
