​​​Q: What if we don't hire anyone from the shortlist?

A: You're paying for the search process and our expertise, not a guaranteed placement. Our thorough approach means shortlists are high quality, we wouldn't present candidates we didn't believe in. If none are right, we'll discuss feedback and refine our approach within the four-week Search Period. If you need more time, we offer extension options.


Q: What if we need to extend the search?

A: If you haven't found the right person within the initial four-week Search Period, you can extend for an additional fee. Extensions run in two-week blocks. See our pricing page for details.

 

Q: How is this different from contingent recruitment?

A: Contingent agencies only get paid on successful hire, which incentivises volume over quality. We're paid for the work regardless of outcome, which means our incentive is to get it right.

 

Q: Do you fill senior/executive roles?

A: Yes. TalentOps works well up to Director level. For VP and C-level roles, the best candidates typically aren't actively looking - they need to be headhunted. We offer executive search for these roles.

 

Q: What if we need confidentiality?

A: No problem. We can conduct confidential searches where we describe the opportunity compellingly without revealing your company name until the appropriate stage.

 

Q: What industries do you cover?

A: We specialise in tech and fintech - SaaS, B2B software, payments, lending, wealthtech, insurtech. Our focus is GTM roles: sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations.

Q: Where are you based?

A: We're UK-based and primarily work with companies hiring in the UK, with a particular focus on London's tech and fintech ecosystem.

Q: What if a candidate withdraws?

A: If a candidate withdraws before first interview, we'll use reasonable efforts to find a replacement within the original Search Period. After the Search Period ends or after interviews have started, there's no obligation to replace - but we're always happy to discuss options.
