Our four-week Search Period
​​Week 1: Discovery & Role Summary
You brief us on the role - not just the job spec, but what success really looks like. We learn about your team, your culture, and what hasn't worked before. We then provide a written Role Summary capturing the key requirements, which you confirm before we begin.
Week 2: Search
We source candidates from our specialist GTM database, our professional network, and targeted advertising. We typically advertise with your company name featured prominently, which attracts candidates who genuinely want to work for you. If you need confidentiality, we can handle that too.
​Week 3: Screening
Every candidate gets a thorough phone screen. We assess their skills, probe their motivations, and evaluate culture fit. We're looking for people who genuinely want this role, not just any role.
​Week 4: Shortlist
You receive pre-qualified candidates, each with our assessment and recommendation. Every person on your shortlist is worth interviewing.

How we compare
