  • Senior / Head of such as Sales Director, Head of CS, Head of Marketing: £4,000 + VAT

Each search includes everything: Role Summary, four-week dedicated search, sourcing from our specialist GTM database and network, professional advertising, thorough screening, candidate assessments, shortlist presentation, and interview coordination.

No additional costs. No hidden fees. All-inclusive.

How payment works

​We invoice in two instalments:

  • 50% when the search begins

  • 50% when we deliver the shortlist


Both instalments are due regardless of whether you make a hire. You're paying for the search process and our expertise, not a guaranteed outcome.

Need more time?

​If you haven't found the right person within the four-week Search Period, you can extend:

Extension fee per 2 weeks:

  • IC/Mid-Level £1,000 + VAT​​​

  • Senior / Head of £1,250 + VAT

Extensions are paid in advance before the additional search period begins.

Executive Search

For VP, CRO, and C-level roles, the best candidates typically aren't looking. They need to be identified through market mapping, approached directly, and persuaded to consider a move. This is headhunting, not recruiting.

We offer executive search for these senior hires, with deeper research, longer timelines, and more intensive candidate engagement. Pricing is typically 20% of base salary, structured as retained (phased payments) or contingent (success-only).
